Why does our product sometimes comes less than the price indicated?

We have a jotform that is collecting payment https://form.jotform.com/242242333313140

We are collecting $122, but sometimes it comes through as $118.35 or $117.25. Do you have any ideas on what would be causing this discrepancy? Is it a paypal issue?

    Hi Tricia,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked your form and see that you have an embedded form that's collecting the payments. When I checked that form, I see that the product "Summit & Membership" has always been charged for $122 USD.

Note that payment providers often have a transaction fee charged to you as a seller. You may check out this link from PayPal about their merchant transaction fees. Note that we do not charge anything for the payments that you receive on your forms. Transaction fees are charged only by the payment processor you use on your form. You may refer to our Payment Gateways Comparison Chart to see how much a payment processor charges per transaction.

Reach out again if you have any other questions.
