How to enable Special Pricing Per Options?

The special pricing per option is grayed out.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Are you referring to Marcela's Kitchen Meal Prep form? if so, I checked your actual form, and I also cloned it, and it allows me to add special pricing options on each of the product. Check out the screenshot below:

I think you had the Special Pricing Per Quantity enabled before, which I am assuming you already disabled. And this was the reason for the Special Pricing Per Options being disabled. Here's how to disable it.

1. In Product List settings, go to Quantity

2. Click on the pencil icon.

3. Go to Options and turn off Special Pricing Per Quantity.
