Hi my client paid four hours ago and I still haven’t received the payment in my bank account. Can you tell me what’s going on please?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Can you try to view the incomplete payment from your Jotform Tables? Let me show you how:
- In My Forms page, select your form by ticking the form's checkbox.
- Click the Submissions button at the top.
- In Jotform Tables, click the three vertical dots.
- Go to Pending Payments form the list of options.
- Hover your mouse over the submission with the incomplete payment, and click the View details button.
Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to move forward with a solution.
