Account has been suspended.

    My account is blocked but I dont know why. How can I use again my account?

    Hi Maurizio

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Your account was suspended because you’ve got a form named Richiesta informazioni supporto avvio percorso imprenditoriale di FederCamere that was flagged as offering a fake service. We understand this might not be the case with your form, but we had to act according to the general rule to be in compliance with our Terms of Use.

    For us to reactivate your account, we’ll need your permission to delete the offending form. You can create the form again after changing your account email address to a corporate email. 

    Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to move forward with this.

    I will do what you need but can I know we this form is not correct? Just because I can do the same mistake. You wrote that the form offer a fake service but it is not so.
    Just to know what is the problem

    It is really urgent for me to understand what I did, because al my form are blocked. What I have to do because you active again my account? Really, we did not give any fake service, let me know what two do please

    If you need to delete this form please do it, but let me use other form and I will prepare a new form with other email address. Tanck’s a lot

    Hi Maurizio,

    The reason for the suspension is that you've used a brand logo on your form. Normally, this wouldn't be a problem. But, since your account is linked with a free domain, instead of a corporate one, our system has detected this as fake service, therefore suspended your account.

    There's no need to delete your form completely, but we'll need to remove your logo from your form. Since you gave us permission to delete your form, I'm now removing your logo, and activating your account again.

    If you'd like to use your logo again, please change your registered email to a corporate one to avoid getting flagged again by our phishing detector. You can check out our guide on How to Change Your Account Email Address to get more information.

    Ok you can delete the logo. Possible to do it now and to open my account? So I can go to change the e-mail. Thank you again

    The logo is deleted, and the account is reinstated by the relevant team. Please try to clear your browser's cache and try to login again.
