Hello! I need to send out one document only. I have reached the 10 email max but need to add 12 more emails. Is there a one-time fee I can pay to do that? Without a subscription? It's all I need. Thank you!

    Hi Michelle,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I am not sure if I understand your concern correctly. Are you referring to add more recipient in your form? Adding multiple recipients is available on any paid plans. You can add up to 10 email addresses for each notification email, if you'll need more than 10, then you can create another notification email. There are two ways to do it. I’ll show you both ways:

The first is to add a recipient to your Notification Email:

    1. In Form Builderin the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen, click on Settings.
    2. In the menu on the left side of the page, click on Emails.
    3. To edit it, click on the Pencil icon on the right side of the Notification Email.
    4. Then, under the Recipients tab, just enter a new email address.

If you do it this way, the recipients can see each other's email addresses.

The second way is to add a new Notification Email:

    1. In Form Builderin the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen, click on Settings.

    3. Click on Add a New Email, and choose the Notification.
    4. Now, under the Recipients tab, just add a new email address.

If you do it this way, the recipients can’t see each other's email addresses.e2NXbvpPQ82wGZ8Vwn7kAixYIluUnWn4 J7Svo0A Screenshot 32 Screenshot 32

We also have a guide about Sending Notifications to Multiple Recipients that you might want to check out. If that’s not exactly what you’re looking for, can you explain a bit more so I can help you better? It would help us to understand what’s happening if you could take a screenshot and send it to us. We have a guide here explaining how to do that.

Reach out again if you need any other help.
