Request to lift suspension on the account

    Hi Support Team,


    I hope this message finds you well. I recently discovered that my account has been suspended, and I am seeking clarification regarding this decision. I am confident that I have adhered to all the rules and guidelines provided, and I am unsure why this action was taken.


    Could you please provide more information about the reason for the suspension? I would greatly appreciate any assistance you can offer to resolve this issue and restore my account.

    Hi Dave,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Your account was suspended because you’ve got a form named 16.09.24 02 that was flagged as offering a fake service/job application scam. We understand this might not be the case with your form, but we had to act according to the general rule to be in compliance with our Terms of Use.

    I’ve deleted the offending form and reactivated your account. You should be able to log in now. You can create the form again after changing your account email address to a corporate one.
