About subscription payment

    Good afternoon! I went to change my card here to make the monthly payment we make, but I accidentally purchased the annual package subscription. Is it possible to undo/cancel this operation so that I can change the credit card for payment?

    Hi Priscila,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. You can cancel your subscription from your account's billing page. Let me show you how:

    1. On your My Forms page, hover your mouse over your Profile Image/Avatar icon, and click on it.

    2. In the window that opens, click on Settings.

    3. Under the Billing tab, click on Change Plan.

    4. Click on the Downgrade button to switch to the Starter (Free) Plan.

    Then, you'll see a pop-up window with some extra information about the downgrade. Just follow those instructions to continue with canceling your plan. Once you've canceled your subscription, your account will remain in Silver for the period you paid for. Please note that we can only refund the amount you paid within the first 30 days of your payment, as stated in our Terms of Use.
