Sign Builder: Sign order and other modification in settings won't save

    I have created a template for a JotForm Sign document. But I want Signing Order to always be enabled and I want myself to always be first in order. I also want to make sure reminders are always set. Whenever I make these changes it doesn't seem to save to the template as they are always unselected when I open it. Am I missing something?

    Hi Brandon,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. If you can share the link to your form, I can check it out and see what’s going on. Also, can you share with us a screen recording of what’s happening so we can try to replicate it on our end? You can share the video recording on any public sharing platform like Google Drive or Dropbox, or you can simply use Loom to record the video and share the video link with us.


    Once we have a better idea of what’s going on, we’ll be able to come up with a solution.

    Hi Brandon,

    Thanks for the screencast you shared, that helped me to understand the issue happening.

    Can you try Clearing Cache? This is one way to troubleshoot or to refresh your data, and might help resolve the issue. Let me show you how: 

    1. On your My Forms page, hover your cursor on the Profile Avatar Icon located in the upper-right corner.

    Ok I cleared the Cache. It still isn't saving. The biggest issue I see is it's not autosaving when I make those particular changes. It auto saves if I make other changes though.

    Hi Brandon,

    Thanks for your patience. After carefully checking. It is the default functionality for the Sign Document. So when you make changes in the Share tab, the autosave feature doesn’t apply in it. Instead, those settings only take effect when you send the document. You'll need to set them up each time before sending for signing.
