Unable to access my form due to upload space full

    I have deleted all the uploads, is there a way to clear it out so I can accept submissions?

    Hi Chs Parent,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I've fixed the upload space issue. Your current upload limit shows 53.66 MB out of 100 MB. Can you please check again to see if you can access your form? It should work now.

    I have experienced the same thing. Can you please restore? I've removed everything and sent in another post

    Hi Chs Parent,

    I've already refreshed and cleared your form caches; your form is refreshed. I see you have 2 submissions and 28 uploaded files. Can you make sure you have also deleted the submission and the uploaded files from the trash folder in the Jotform table? Let me show you how:

    1. On the Jotform Table, click on the three vertical dots on the left side, where you can see the Form Name button.
    2. Select Trashed entries from the menu.
    3. A new Side Trash window will open on the right, where you need to select all the submissions and then click on Delete Forever.
    4. On the confirmation, again. Select Delete, and that's it.

    Can you try again after clearing your Google Chrome's caches? Do note that when you clear your browser caches; you will be automatically logged out from many websites. If the issue persists, can you please share with us the screencast using Loom or any other screen recording software. You can share the link here, and we will be able to check it out.
