Form: Phone Number field is not showing in the form.

Hi there. I created a pre-order form but the phone # field which is a required field isn't showing up when I preview the form or when I send a test link. What am I doing wrong?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. When I checked your form, I saw that the reason why the Phone Number field is tied to an unfinished conditional logic. Check out this screenshot below:

Please review the conditional logic that you have on your form, and if you decide to delete them, let me show you how:

1. In Form Builder, click on Settings from the top bar menu.
2. Then, click on Conditions from the left panel menu.
3. Next, tick the box for Select All, and click on Delete.
