How to map Initials widget to Original PDF

I loaded a "Disclaimer and Indemnity Agreement" that requires initials on every paragraph and a signature at the bottom. However, whenever I loaded the form, it didn't load properly, and not all of the initial spaces were filling properly. Would you please help in how to fix the problem.

    Please and Thank You

    Hello Brandon,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. When I cloned and tested your form, everything worked the way it was supposed to. Take a look at the screenshot below to see my results:

I've cleared your form cache, please test your form again and see how it goes. If the issue persists, Can you take a screenshot of what’s happening and send it to us? We’ve got a guide here that’ll show you how to do that.

Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to move forward with a solution.

    Isreal,

It still isn't working. Please see fields 2-5. I need the initials on all of those forms to work, and correlate with the appropriate sections on the PDF. That is very important that this form populates properly, as it is a legal document.

    Thanks

    Hello Brandon,

Unfortunately, we cannot map the Initials Widget to the original PDF. While the feature you’re looking for isn’t currently available, rest assured we’re always working to add new services and features to Jotform.

I've gone ahead and escalated a feature request to our Developer Team. When or if it's developed depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users request it. If there are any updates, we’ll circle back to this thread and let you know. For now, I suggest that you stick to using the Signature field.

Thanks for your patience and understanding, we appreciate it.
