Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, we can't access the link you sent. Are you referring to this form? If yes, then I cloned your form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, but everything was working properly. Check out the screencast below to see my results:
Can you confirm if you are logged in with your Jotform account as an owner/approver when approving from your Email Notification? You can log in to this page.

support question, the form started working. Not sure why it wasn't working before
then but it is working now.

Hi Willie,
The message may have appeared because you have not logged into your account in the same window where you approved the submission. You need to make sure that you approve the submission while you are logged into your Jotform account, so you will no longer receive the message you encountered recently.
