Jotform app: Form is loading slow.

    Hi Jotform

    We have been experiencing slow loading of forms on the mobile app. It happens for different forms and among different users.

    Hello Erika_Lim,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Can you please share the link to the form in question so we can test it? Also, if they do not have any unsynced offline submissions, can you please ask them to try reinstalling the app to ensure you are on the latest version?

    Hi Sheena

    You can try "Job Order (Outbound)" or "Container Inspection Checklist".

    We run the forms on the Jotform app and it is taking longer than usual to open the form.

    How do we reinstall the app? We previously installed the app using a given form link.

    If you can share the link to your app, I can check it out and help you with a solution. Rest assured, we’ll find a solution for this. Can you share with us a screen recording of what’s happening so we can try to replicate it on our end? You can share the video recording on any public sharing platform like Google Drive or Dropbox, or you can simply use Loom to record the video and share the video link with us.

    Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to move forward with a solution.

    Hi Erika_Lim,

    I cloned your form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, but everything was working properly.Can you try to share mobile details such as the phone's OS version, brand and make, and mobile app version?

    We have different users with different mobile devices facing similar problem.

    I myself am using Vivo Y22S with Android 14. As for the Jobform mobile app, I checked under 'Settings' and it says 'version 4'. I don't recall having updates for the mobile app...

    Hi Erika_Lim,

    I tested it on my end and replicated the same issue on a mobile device. When I tested your form, the same thing happened, so I created a ticket about it and escalated this to our Developers.

    Once we hear back from them, we’ll update this thread and let you know.
