Does upgrading an account give us access to adding multiple recipient emails?

Quick question. Right now I'm using the free plan but I an thinking about upgarding to the Bronze plan. For my business after a form is completed I need to send a notification email to a specific group of recipients. Typically the group consists of 5 to 20 people. And depending on the forms answers I will need to send these email to different groups. I have about 1,000 different groups. Which means I have a between 5,000 and 20,000 recipients. Can Jotform handle this many email notificaiton templates and email recipients?

You can virtually have unlimited Notification Email templates and it is recommend to only have up to 10 recipients per Notification Email. While this is possible, note that Jotform is not designed to have hundreds to thousands of recipients in its email alerts.

Consider checking out emailing providers that can be integrated with Jotform. For example, if you use Mailchimp, you can use Zapier to perform automations that automatically sends email based on your Jotform submission.
