Email post submission is not received

    Hi


    Hope this email finds you well. I need help with form "Planilla G-1145 y Formulario I-765" because, once is edited after the first submission, I do not get the email with edited submission.


    What can I do?

    Hi Arqui,

    I saw your form autoresponder email, and you have not checked When a submission is edited in the advanced settings. This will trigger the autoresponder email again when the form is edited. Let me show you how:

    1. In Form Builder, in the blue navigation bar at the top of the screen, click on Settings.
    2. Click on Emails on the left side of the screen.
    3. Hover over the autoresponder email and click on the pencil icon.Email post submission is not received Image 1 Screenshot 30
    4. Click on the Advanced Tab.
    5. On Send Email Automatically, put a checkmark on When a submission is edited.Email post submission is not received Image 2 Screenshot 41
