Cannot open app on ipad and just sticks on the jotform screen.

    Hi, I have a new ipad running the latest ios but cannot open the app. Worked a few weeks ago but now cannot get past this. Have uninstalled and reinstalled the app but still nothing. Any ideas?

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support.  You can try to update the app to the latest version through the App Store of your device and then open it again. If the issue persists, please try uninstalling the app, and installing it again. Should you receive any error when opening the app, please let us know together with a screenshot. We’ve got a guide here explaining how to do that.
