Jotform App: Apps created in App Builder take too long to load.

Good day , the last couple weeks I found my app is take longer than usual to load . Can you check to see if is an issue on your end . Thanks !

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. When I accessed the link to your app using the Chrome browser, it loaded very quickly. Can you confirm if you are experiencing the issue when accessing it via a web browser? Or in the downloaded app?

In the meantime, I cleared your form's cache to remove the piled-up cache in your forms that could be contributing to this.

Once we hear back from you, we can move forward with a solution.
