What does "1 user per team" imply?

    Hi,
Thank you for your quick replies to my previous questions!
We are a small non-profit organization and have a need for perhaps 2-3 forms to start with for our website. Considering testing "Starter".
Wonder though what "1 user per team" means practically. Is that the e-mail address used at registration? Could we have e-mail A as our Jotform account owner. And then e-mail B as recipient of the registrations from the registration form (form B)? And e-mail C as recipient of the membership applications from the membership application form (form C)? Hence only one e-mail per form but different e-mails for the different forms.
I e e-mail A would be the webmaster, creating the forms and handling the Jotform account. E-mail B would only be the recipient of e-mails from Form B. E-mail C would only be the recipient of e-mails from Form C.
That would make life more organized and a lot easier for us :)

    Hi Alyssia,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Our Standard plans (Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Starter) are intended for single users only. This means that you cannot log in to the account simultaneously from multiple devices.

Yes, A can be the account owner, and you can also assign a recipient for each form. This means you can enter a different email address for receiving notification emails for each form. Let me show you how:

    1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen, click on Settings.

    2. Click on Emails on the left side of the screen.

    3. Hover your mouse over the Email Notification template and click the Pencil icon.

    4. Go to the Recipients tab. Here you can change the Recipient Email or add more emails. Note that the Starter (Free) Plan is limited to one recipient only. Multiple recipients are available for paid users.

    5. Click Save to save your changes.

Thank you for your quick reply.
Just to clarify, when you say "you can also assign a recipient for each form" (as in the example I decribed) that goes for the Starter Plan as well?

    Hi Alyssia,

Yes, you can assign a different recipient for each form. For example, for form A, the recipient email is email A, for form B, the recipient email is email B. This feature is available even for the starter plan.

Let us know if you have any other questions.
