how to make the form load faster?

when I click on the link for "Virginia Heart" or "INOVA" it takes 30-60 seconds to open. In the past, it would open right away. How can it open the form faster? I am testing out the APP and want to open it to ~50 people in the next few weeks. Thank you.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. There are a couple of reasons why the form loads slower than usual. One example is large file images and form cache. Jotform uses form caching to speed up load times. You can manually clear your form cache from your account settings to ensure the form runs smoothly. Here's how you can Clear Your Form Caches:

1. On your My Forms page, click on your Avatar/Profile Image icon.

2. In the window that opens, click on Settings.

3. In the Settings menu, scroll down to the bottom and click on Clear Cache. And that's it, you're done.
