Paypal Message on Card form

I have a simple form asking one question that then redirects to another form based on the selection of the original. However, I tried changing the format of the original to a card form, and it shows a weird paypal message. I don't have any payments associated with this form at all. This seems so strange to me... See screenshot... As well as attached form...

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I see that you are referring to the welcome page of your card form. You should be able to edit it by clicking on the Edit Welcome Page button.

Please note that there is no payment added to the form yet.
