Account suspended

    It says my account was suspended. Please let me know what I need to do to get my account back credit card on file is good.

    Yeah, I did. I was doing it on my phone earlier. I'm able now to communicate through this thread and get this resolved.

    Hi Doug,

    The ticket is private due to sensitive information and that you can only see the response through the email. As for the suspension, there's a Form created that is tagged as Phishing. For us to reactivate your account, we’ll need your permission to delete the offending form.
