Hi,
I wanted to ask about Form element - Submit button.
How can I make sure that, I receive a completed form in my email, once the person who received a link to my Jotform, clicks on the option "Submit"?
Is there a way for me to link "submit button" to a specific email address?

You may add a notification email in your form. Once your form is submitted, you will receive an email.

I understand you want to receive the notification email when your visitor form is submit. If this is your request, you can follow these steps;
1. Click SETTINGS at the top of the Form Builder.
2. Next, click EMAILS on the left nav.
3. Click the PLUS + icon.
4. Then, select NOTIFICATION EMAIL.
RECIPIENTS tab: Here you can define the recipient email address(es) for where you want to receive an emailed notification about a new submission from your form. You can also set the Sender Name and Reply-To Email.

So you can get a notification email but there is something you need to pay attention to. Visitors must be fill their e-mail address in your form.

If you want to send an automated reply to your visitor to a completed form
A. Click SETTINGS at the top of the Form Builder.
B. Next, click EMAILS on the left nav.
C. Click the + icon.
D. Then, select AUTORESPONDER EMAIL.
RECIPIENTS Tab:
This allows you to set the sender name, reply-to email address, and set the recipient email field for where you want to send the Autoresponder.
Also, make sure to put your Sender Name. This can be your Name or Company Name. Reply-to Email should be your email address or the email address of your company. The very important part is the Recipient Email which will be the email field of your form. You have to select it from the dropdown.
