Feature Request: How to add PDF Attachment with graph based on individual responses

I would like to send a pdf to each individual respondent but ideally not just from calculated answers to the responses in the form, but with a graph from the form, for example>

I would like to include something like this with a bar graph for corresponding scores. I know I can get the scores from the calculated responses in my form to fill out a pdf but ... can I do the graphs. The reports do not do individual responses but aggregate all responses. This would be to send each participant an email with the pdf
