Responding to a system generated email

    Some of the forms I have when it sends an email and I respond all to it, it goes to the person who filled out the form. But with my Special Price form, when I respond to the generated email, it sends it to noreply@jotform.com.


    Can you help me figure this out?

    Hi SubZeroSW,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked your form, and it seems like the reply-to email is set to the name field, you can change it to the email field where your form filler fills out their email address. Let me show you how.

    1. On Form Builder, click on Settings on the orange bar on top.
    2. Click on Emails tab on the left.
    3. Hover your mouse over your Notification Email, and click on the Pen icon.
    4. Click on Recipients.
    5. Click on the Dropdown Arrow under Reply-To Email, then select the email field that your form fillers would fill out.
    6. Click on Save.
