Xverify not working in form

    I am getting this error on a jotform with xverify integrated:

    Please contact the support to use the API - contact form owner.

    I have my API code in there and I have already added jotform.com as a trusted domain and hit save. I am still getting this error.

    I have a credit card onfile for monthly payment of usage with Xverify.

    Please help.

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. The error message typically indicates a problem with the API integration setup. Please verify that the API key you’ve entered in the Xverify integration settings is correct and up-to-date, and ensure that jotform.com is properly added to the trusted domains list in your Xverify account. Sometimes, changes might take a few minutes to take effect. Double-check all required fields and settings in the Xverify integration to ensure everything is configured correctly. Additionally, confirm with Xverify that your account is active, your payment method is valid, and there are no issues with your account status. Since you mentioned that there is an error on your end, can you share with us a screen recording of what’s happening so we can try to replicate it on our end? You can share the video recording on any public sharing platform like Google Drive or Dropbox, or you can simply use Loom to record the video and share the video link with us.
