My form is enabled, last time I contacted support they just told me how to enable my form. My form is currently showing enabled to me, when I send it to someone to fill out it will tell them it is not currently available. If they tell me this then I can disable and then enable it to reset it and then they can fill it out. HOWEVER, they are then still unable to submit it. This has been happening for over a month. I have already sent in a form concerned about this and the only response was a walk through of how to enable the form. I need the form to just stay enabled AND for people to be able to submit it. It seems to disable itself randomly and also even when it is enabled people are unable to submit.

Hi Rebecca,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked the form and it appears that the Form Status is Enabled so your form is currently is visible and able to receive submissions. However, it seems the form is locked due to HIPAA.
If you are not a HIPAA-covered entity, please navigate to the Data tab in your Account Settings. A HIPAA modal will pop up, and then select the option that says, "No, I'm not a HIPAA-covered entity." Let me show you how:
- Click your Profile Avatar icon on the top right corner of the Jotform website.
- Select Settings from the menu.
- Go to the Data tab on the left.
- When you access the Data page, a HIPAA modal will appear; please select the "No, I'm not a HIPAA-covered entity" option in the modal.
- If you are getting a different modal when accessing the Data page, please click on the Go Back button to show the HIPAA modal.
This should mark your account as not a HIPAA-covered entity. Can you give it a try and see how it goes? If you cannot see the HIPAA modal when you visit the Data page, please try to log out of your account and log back in.
Let us know if you need any more help.
