Remove from website

Hi there. I previously had the form published to the website via a button on every page that pops up when clicked and I can't figure out how to remove it. Can you assist? I recall it being very easy to install but can't figure out how to undo it.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. The button that you have on your website is a Feedback Button. The only way to remove it from your website is to remove the code that you have added to your website.
