Hello!
I've successfully put together a Zapier integration that creates new entries when I submit a JotForm. Yay! My problem is, I need those lines in excel to UPDATE when a user edits their own response. I've tried a few things, including searching for a row with the same submission ID, but I can't get it to work. Is there any way to do this?

Hello Ethan,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm afraid the entries will not be updated in Excel. As a workaround, I would suggest using Google Sheets Integration instead, if a submission is edited, it will be automatically updated in the integrated sheet. Let me show you how to integrate your form with Google Sheets:
1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen, click on Settings.
2. In the Settings menu, click on the Integrations option on the left side of the screen.
3. Select the Google Sheets integration.
4. Now, select and connect your Google account.
5. Select an option and choose your form fields.
6. Click on Save, and that's it, you're done.
While the feature you’re looking for isn’t currently available, rest assured we’re always working to add new services and features to Jotform. I've gone ahead and escalated your request to our Developer Team. When or if it's developed depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users request it. If there are any updates, we’ll circle back to this thread and let you know.

Hi Israel,
My organization is not allowed to use Google products due to security reasons. Is there another software you recommend that would work other than Sheets?

It's possible to send data to a Microsoft Excel File through Zapier Integration by updating the rows in Excel, you can use this link to Zapier:
