Populate Payment Gateway from a TOTAL field

I can not get my Square payment integration to populate with the TOTAL field

using the CONDITIONS feature. What am I missing? In a perfect world the amounts

would integrate with my Square categories, Gallery and Prints. At minimum I need the pament gateways to use the value in the TOTAL field. Tax should also be calculated at 6.25%

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. It's not possible to pass a calculation to the payment field using conditions. Let me show you how to configure it correctly:

1. In Form Builder, select the Payment field and click the Wand icon to open Payment Settings.
2. Click the Gear icon in the Payment Settings window.
3. Set the Payment Type to User Defined Amount.
4. Then select Total under Get Price From. That's it.

Thank you, your suggestion appears to work in your screen capture, I can not get my screen to match your workflow. Is there a way to slow down the screen capture. I'm just not fast enough.

I've gone down a rabbit hole. I've got my Square integration calculating properly but I can not get the calculation above Square to calculate the options correctly

when choosing qty of 1 entry without a print option sub tl should be $15, with a print it should be $34.

I do not see where the calculation is incorrect

After a few testings and investigation, I found a solution with the issue you encountered in your form calculation. It's really easy to fix. Let me show you how:

1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen, click on Settings.
2. Click on the Show More Options button.
3. Scroll down and click on Clear Hidden Field Values section and select Clear when hidden.
