One more question, since we are not able to completely do away with our paper (some are quite attached!) can our admin staff use the submissions tab to add an order (I tried but did not see a way to make selections) or is it better for admin to just fill out the jotform based on the paper form submitted, and by adding their email, the purchaser will get the confirmation emails.

    Hi Ruth,

To clarify, do you mean whether there's a way for you or your staff to edit the product selection under My Product through Jotform Tables directly? If yes, it's currently not possible to do so. What you can do is edit the submission directly on the form field itself. Let me walk you through it:

    1. On your My Forms page, select the form and click on Submissions at the top.
    2. In Jotform Tables, hover your mouse over the submission you want to edit, and click on View on the left. Editing submissions in Jotform Tables Screenshot 30
    3. On the panel that opens on the right, click on the three vertical dots in the upper-right corner.
    4. Select Edit Entry.
    5. The form opens, and you can now edit the details as needed.
    6. Click on the Submit button. Editing submissions in Jotform Tables Screenshot 41

If that’s not exactly what you’re looking for, can you explain a bit more, so I can help you better?

Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to help you with this.

Thanks Eliza, I'm actually wondering if our staff can create a new order through the Jotform tables.

    Also,

Is there a way to eliminate the check off next to the items? It is confusing to have both appear and get a pop up error if choosing the item before choosing the quanity.

    Hi Ruth,

Since your other question is of a different topic, I moved that to a new thread and helped you with that here.

Reach out again if there’s anything else we can help you with.
