Request to transfer account ownership

    hi there,


    The account holder is no longer with the company and is looking to get the account updated with the new person's info. please let me know how i can go back doing this.

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Can you share with us the email address of the account so we can check it? Also, before we can transfer ownership, we'll need more information to confirm that this is a legitimate request, such as the number of forms, number of submissions, or the card information used to upgrade the account.

    Once we have a better idea of what’s going on, we’ll be able to come up with a solution.
