Hi Valentina,
You can easily add an image to your form using the Image element. You can clone my demo form, or you can do it on your end. Let me show you how to do it:
1. In Form Builder, click on Add Element on the upper-left part of the screen.
2. Scroll down, drag and drop the Image element to your form.
3. Click on the Gear icon on Image field.
4. Click on Choose A File on Image field on the right part of the screen.
5. Click on Upload File on the Upload tab.
6. Upload your preferred image. That's it. For videos, you can't directly upload it to your form. But you can use a third-party service using the Video Embed widgets on your form. For example, you can use the YouTube widget on your form. Let me show you how to do it:
1. In Form Builder, click on Add Element on the upper-left part of the screen.
2. Click on the Widgets tab next to the Payments tab.
3. Type Youtube on Search field.
4. Drag and drop the YouTube widget to your form.5. Click on the Wand icon on the YouTube widget.
6. Paste the URL of your preferred YouTube video on URL field.
7. Click on Update Widget on the lower-right part of the screen. That's it. Give it a try and let us know if you have any other questions.
