One or more fields have been deleted which are required for this widget error

In the profit and loss form template it says "one or more fields have been deleted which are required for this widget". And the form doesn't work properly for adding up the numbers.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. It seems that you have added form fields on your form calculation widget, then deleted them. You will also need to delete the fields in the foorm calculation widget:

And should look like this:

Also, in your Net Earnings widget, you need to update the form fields that are added in the calculation widget:
