    Hi IT_DEPT_JSL,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. We don’t currently offer live phone support. If you have any questions, just reply to this thread, or you can create a forum thread from the Contact Us page. We’ll be happy to help. Integrating your forms with Salesforce is easy. Let me show you how to do it:

    1. In Form Builder, click on Settings and Integrations.
    2. Next, select Salesforce on the list and authenticate with your account.
    3. Then, match your fields, click Save Action and that's it.

Give it a try and let us know if you need any help.

Some questions I have on the salesforce integration:

    • will our current license (gold) support this?
    • are the forms viewed and used on the salesforce site?
    • where can the forms be added in (Oppurtunites, task, etc)?
    • do the forms have a list within sales force to view all forms?
    • if list of forms are viewable are they also alvaiable to export (pdf, excel, csv, ect)?
    • is there currently a feature to merge two forms together?

    Hello Bryan,

Here’s a breakdown to answer your questions

    1. Gold License Support: The integration should work fine with your current Gold plan. But, API access is needed on the Salesforce side.
    2. Form Visibility on Salesforce: While Jotform forms aren't directly viewable on Salesforce itself, the submitted data and files can sync to Salesforce records (like Opportunities, Contacts, etc.), and you can find them in the Notes & Attachments section.
    3. Where Forms Can Be Added: You can map Jotform submissions to most Salesforce objects (Opportunities, Tasks, etc.) depending on what you need. You can specify which objects during the setup.
    4. Viewable Form Lists in Salesforce: The form submissions sync with Salesforce, but Jotform doesn't create a 'list of forms' within Salesforce itself. You view the data synced to the relevant objects or records.
    5. Export Options: For exporting, once the data is in Salesforce, you can export it (as CSV, Excel, etc.) directly from Salesforce. Jotform can also send submissions as PDFs to Salesforce if that's more your speed.
    6. Merging Forms: Jotform itself doesn't offer a way to "merge" two forms together in a single step. You'd likely need to manually combine the data or set up automation to handle that.
