Hi Ruth,
Yes, submissions can be sent to a different email address other than the form owner. Let me walk you through this:
- In Form Builder, click on Settings on the orange navigation bar at the top of the page.
- Select Emails from the left side window and click on the Pencil icon of your Notification email.
- From the Recipients tab, remove the current email address and change it to your preferred recipient.
- Click on the Save button.
