Yes, submissions can be sent to a different email address other than the form owner. Let me walk you through this:

1. In Form Builder, click on Settings on the orange navigation bar at the top of the page.
2. Select Emails from the left side window and click on the Pencil icon of your Notification email.
3. From the Recipients tab, remove the current email address and change it to your preferred recipient.
4. Click on the Save button.
