I cleared my whole data and its still saying we have exceeded the qouta and we are a non profit organization who appreciates the services but are stumped by the lack of technical support. Many blessing to you and keep the smile, hear from you soon!

    Hi Justin ,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked your account's usage limits, and it appears that you are currently at 123.20 MB, which exceeds the 100.00 MB upload space limit for the Starter (Free) plan. You can also verify this on your account's Usage page.

When you reach the upload space limit, you can delete and purge the form submissions with file uploads, and the upload space will be available again for new submissions. Upload space is normally used by the files uploaded through the File Upload element in the form. Here's how to free your upload space:

    1. In Jotform Tables, select the entries you want to delete using the checkboxes in the first column of the table. You can also use the Select All checkbox in the upper-left corner of the table to select all the entries if you need to delete all submissions.
    2. Click the Delete button in the upper-right corner.
    3. Then, In the confirmation dialog, click the Move to Trash button. Form Over Quota error Image 1 Screenshot 40
    4. Next, to permanently delete or purge the trashed submissions, click the main tab’s menu using the three-dot icon.
    5. Select the Trashed Entries option from the menu. Form Over Quota error Image 2 Screenshot 51
    6. In the Trash pane on the right, choose the submissions to delete, then click the Delete Forever button.
    7. Finally, click the Delete button in the confirmation dialog. Form Over Quota error Image 3 Screenshot 62

Give it a try, and let us know how it goes.
