Can I downgrade back to Starter?

If i went from the free version to the bronze for just 1 month, can I cancel and revert back to my free version. If so does that limit me back to 500 total submissions or does it reset

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. If you downgrade back to Starter, your account limitations will reduced as well based on the limitations here. Yes, your total submission storage limit will be back to 500.

So, if you have more than 500 submissions, only the most recent 500 entries will be saved and the oldest entries will be deleted automatically.

In addition to my answer, yes, you can always downgrade back to Starter anytime before the next billing date so the plan will not autorenew. Let me show you how to Cancel Your Subscription:

1. On your My Forms page, hover your mouse over your Profile Image/Avatar icon, and click on it.

2. In the window that opens, click on Settings.

3. Under the Billing tab, click on Change Plan.

4. Click on the Downgrade button to switch to the Starter (Free) Plan.

Then, you'll see a pop-up window with some extra information about the downgrade. Just follow those instructions to continue with canceling your plan.
