    Hi Kevin,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked your form named What would you like us to quote? and it is currently active but on your website it shows it is in restore mode. Can you try to re-embed your form using the iFrame method? Here's how to do it:

    1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Publish.
    2. In the menu on the left side of the page, click on Embed.
    3. Now, click on iFrame and copy the code.
    4. That's it. Embed your link on your webpage and you're done.
