Issue when submitting the form

In the form we sent, we encountered problems with different browsers because on some computers, the SUBMIT button doesn't appear after completing the form. We have received some registrations, but other parents haven't been able to fill it out. Is there a way to verify what's preventing the SUBMIT button from appearing? It also depends on the device they're using; some manage to do it on the computer and others on their mobile phones... Thank you for a prompt response.

    Hi Toujoursensemble,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I cloned your form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, but everything was working properly. Check out the screencast below to see my results:

Issue when submitting the form Image 1 Screenshot 40 When I have checked your form, I can see that you've set Show/Hide a field condition on the submit button, which is why it is not showing for some users. You can delete the Show/Hide a field condition on submit button and then require the Fill in the Blank element to make the signature required to submit the form. Let me walk you through it:

    1. Open your form in Form Builder, click on the Fill in the Blank element on form.

    2. Right-click on the Fill in the Blank element, and then select Require.

    4. Hover your mouse over the condition, and then click on the Gear icon.

    5. Now, click on Disable or Delete to remove the condition on Submit button.
