Also, is there anyway that when the arrangements are sold out that they don't appear in the choices as well? We have 7 choices for the form at this moment.

This is the form just in case you would like to see it: https://form.jotform.com/242537172009857

    Hi Claribel,

I checked your form and saw that you're using using the Multiple Choice field for the flower arrangements. I suggest using the Gift Registry widget instead. Let me show you how to add it to your form:

    1. In Form Builder, click on Add Element in the upper-left corner of the page, and go to the Widget tab.
    2. Search for Gift Registry, then drag and drop it onto the form.
    3. On the Widget Settings panel that opens on the right, enter the name of options. For example: Altar #1{10}. The number within the curly brackets should be the limit of the arrangements.
    4. Click on Update Widget at the bottom.

If you want to change the size of the widget, here's how to do that:

    1. Click on the Gift Registry widget, and click on the Gear icon.
    2. Adjust the Width or the Height as desired.

Take a look at the screenshot below to see how it looks like when the item is sold-out:

Additionally, we don't recommend deleting the Multiple Choice field from your form, as it will also remove its associated data from the old submissions you already received on the form. You can hide it instead. Here's how to do it:

    1. In Form Builder, click on the Multiple Choice field, and click on its Gear icon to open Properties.
    2. Go to the Advanced tab, and toggle Hide Field.

Give it a try and let us know if you need any other help.

Not sure if this will work, since the selections need to be there every week. Or they can order for weeks in advance if they want to. Each week should have just 10 arrangements available among the different selections. The arrangements are distributed by area and each area has a determined flower arrangement designated. Some areas include 2 of the same flower arrangement so they will be listed that way. I hope you can understand what I'm trying to do here.

    Hi Claribel,

Unfortunately, setting a limit for the Multiple Choice option and automatically removing it once the limit is reached is not possible with the basic Multiple Choice field. The possible workaround is the one that was suggested by my colleague, which is using a  Gift Registry widget instead. This way, you will have the option to set a limit as to how many people can select the time slot and set a limit as to how many time slots they can select.

But can this form work on a weekly basis, or would I have to update the choices on a weekly basis? I want to make this as automated as possible.

    Hi Claribel,

Unfortunately, you will need to set it up again on a weekly basis, as it doesn't automatically revert.
