I run a ministry for the church and we are going to have a selection of flowers arrangements available for purchase for each week. Once the amount of arrangement is covered for the week the date should not appear as available on the calendar.

Also, is there anyway that when the arrangements are sold out that they don't appear in the choices as well? We have 7 choices for the form at this moment.

This is the form just in case you would like to see it: https://form.jotform.com/242537172009857

    Hi Claribel,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Is the availability of flower arrangements in one week predetermined? If yes, you can use the Maximum Appointment Per Day option on the Appointment field that you already have on your form. Let me walk you through it:

    1. In Form Builder, click on the Appointment field, and click on the Gear icon.
    2. Go to the Limits tab, and scroll down to see the Maximum Appointment Per Day field.
    3. Enter the booking limit into the field.

If that’s not exactly what you’re looking for, can you explain a bit more, so I can help you better? As for your other question, I've moved that to a new thread. You can check that out here. I'll post my answer there shortly.
