Revision History: revising form to older version

Hello,
I would like your help to recover information mistakenly thrown away by me.
I accidentally deleted fields from a form that was active and now I don't have access to the information that was previously filled out by my clients.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. You can check the revision history of your form and revise it to the previous version. Let me show you how.

1. On Form Builder, click on the Text below the form name or title.
2. Select the version that you would want to revise.
3. Then click on Revert.
