Our form shows a different language in some fields

    Somehow, our account now shows a different language in some areas and I cannot figure out how to stop it. Our language preferences are set to English, but I see another language. Screen shot attached.

    Hi AnnMarie,

    Thanks for reaching out to us for help. I've cloned your form, and it appears that you've set it as a label for the other text to display another option. Check out my screenshot below:

    1. In Form Builder, click on the Gear icon of your Employment Action field.
    2. From the Options tab, go to the Display Other Option section, and remove Diğer in the Other Text field. Our form shows a different language in some fields Image 2 Screenshot 51

    When submitting a test for this new form, I also go this as the thank you. Would the below steps correct this as well?
