Somehow, our account now shows a different language in some areas and I cannot figure out how to stop it. Our language preferences are set to English, but I see another language. Screen shot attached.

Hi AnnMarie,
Thanks for reaching out to us for help. I've cloned your form, and it appears that you've set it as a label for the other text to display another option. Check out my screenshot below:
Let me show you how to remove this:
- In Form Builder, click on the Gear icon of your Employment Action field.
- From the Options tab, go to the Display Other Option section, and remove Diğer in the Other Text field.
