Suspended account

    hi there im not sure as to why my account got suspended but we are a account managing service for amazon sellers please let me know when i can get my account back

    Hi Zach, 

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Your account was suspended because you’ve got a form named Amazon Store Partnership Agreement form that was flagged as offering a fake service/job application scam. We understand this might not be the case with your form, but we had to act according to the general rule to be in compliance with our Terms of Use.

    I’ve deleted the offending form and reactivated your account. You should be able to log in now. You can create the form again after changing your account email address to a corporate one.

    So I have to use a business email for this or what do I need to do to make our form ??

    Hello Zach,

    Yes, you can create the form again after changing your account email address to a corporate email to avoid getting flagged again by our phishing detector.

    We’ll need you to do the following:

    • Send us the URL where your form is used.
    • Send us a link to your website or proof of affiliation with a legitimate institution.
    • Change your registered email to a corporate one.

    Send all of these to reviewers@jotform.com with Thread #18935901 as the subject.
