Jotform Inbox: Time Zone is Incorrect

    I'm using Jotform for Leave Request Approval & the form submission timings aren't showing correct/exact timings. How can i rectify that?

    Hi lexiconlegal,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I cloned your form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, but everything was working properly. Check out the screencast below to see my results:

    To rectify the submission time issue in your account, can you tryto check your time zone settings on your account and see how it goes? Let me show you how:

    • Go to My Account page, and check that the Time Zone and Time Format settings match your local time zone.
