To achieve this, we can add a Short Text field that will copy the value from the appointment field. Which we’ll also apply an Update/Calculate Field and Show/Hide Field condition to. Here’s how:

1. In your Form Builder, click Add Form Elements from the left side of your screen.
2. Look for Short Text and drag it to your form.

Next, add an Update/Calculate Field condition to copy the value from the Date/Time field, similar to the screenshot below.

Lastly, enter the Show/Hide Field condition below so that the TASTING/PRIX FIXE MENU field is hidden if the user selects the time slots 11:00 AM or 01:30 PM.
