we have encountered with the file download process. Specifically, we have noticed that the photo we previously uploaded is not appearing in the downloaded file. pls see in the attached sample case.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Could you share the link to the tables with us so we can check? Also, can I ask if you are accessing the tables via the collaboration link?

It seems that this was a known issue earlier but was already resolved by our Developers:
I went ahead and cleared your form cache to refresh your forms, could you try checking again?
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
