How to collect data and files from my form users?

I’m working on automating the client onboarding process for Capital Plus Auditing and would like to know if Jotform can help with the following:

    • Collect client data and required documents for audits or company liquidation.
    • Set up conditional logic to trigger different workflows based on client needs (audit, liquidation, VAT services).
    • Send automatic notifications to clients upon document submission or task completion.
    • Track progress and manage client requests in one central place.

Is this achievable with Jotform, and what are the recommended steps for setting up such a system?

    Thanks!

    Hello mohsinjadoon105,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform support. You can create your form in the Form Builder and add elements that will help you collect data from your clients. And by using the File Upload element, you can also collect documents from your users. Let me show you how:

    1. On your My Forms page, click on Create Form on the top-left side of the page.
    2. Choose Start From Scratch, and select Classic Form to create an empty form, or Use Template to choose among our 10,000+ ready-to-go templates (Start From Scratch was used in this example).
    3. Now, in Form Builder, click on the Add Form Element menu on the left side of the page to see the complete list of elements and widgets.
    4. Under the Basic, Payments, or Widgets tabs, scroll down the list, and then drag and drop the fields onto your form. And that’s it.
