Can't see the submissions without refreshing the page

good morning

there is a delay between some body send the form until I see it in my comp.

I have to make refresh F5 every time somebody send a form to see it

it is a new bug that i see in the last week

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I tested your form and had the same issue, so I created a ticket and escalated this to our Developers. Although we don't know exactly when it'll be fixed, we’ll circle back to this thread when we have an update.

Sorry for the inconvenience you have experienced. I'm pleased to inform you that our engineering team resolved this issue. They fixed the backend systems, so you can now see the new submissions on Jotform Tables without a refresh.

Please reload your tables to get the fixes, try to see the new submissions again, and let us know how it goes.
