How do I make my form anonymous?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I assume you're trying to collect data like a survey that the form filler's identity will be kept anonymous, correct? If so, since a form is collecting data based on the field element added to it, you just need to remove the name and email field element. That way, the user will not be able to enter their personal information. Once they submitted it, the form submission will not record any of their information. However, you won't be able to know who is the submitter of a certain submission as well.
